Christa Granton, CLU, AFIS, Owner

Christa Granton, AFIS has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. As an office manager for State Farm offices for over 12 years Christa understands the importance of service. My grandfather always told me that people want to be taken care of ...that's what we do at Christa Granton Insurance Agency. Having had her own agency for over 25 years Christa found the importance of fitting the individual client with the right policy to fit their needs.

 

 

Betty Borloz, Office Manager

Betty grew up in Sonoma, briefly left the valley just long enough to meet her husband and returned to the place she calls home to raise her family. She is married and has two daughters. Balancing a fulfilling career and home life while staying local proved to be challenging but, in the end, her perseverance has come with reward. After holding positions is a few different industries over the past few decades, she has found her sweet spot in the insurance industry and is beyond excited to be part of the growing team at Christa Granton Insurance Services!

Betty comes from a client facing sales and management background. She enjoys interaction with clients and looks forward to building lasting relationships based on trust, results and humor. She is passionate about details, communication and providing solutions based on the specific needs of each and every client. Betty has a diligent, “can do” attitude, she is down to earth and funny and strives to not only meet but, exceed client expectations.

 

 

Kelly Densberger, Sales Manager

I started in the insurance industry in Stockton California in 1988 with State Farm. I continued to work with State Farm when I relocated to Sonoma County in 1990.

When I got married in 1991 I moved to Napa, CA and began working for a local State Farm agent in Napa. This is where I first met Christa Granton. We became fast friends and colleagues. When I had my second child I decided to become a stay at home mother and loved doing so until we moved to Red Bluff in 2002.

I then started a career in restaurants and worked all the way up from server to the General Manager. I loved the restaurant industry and still have a certain warm feeling for it and always will, it is HARD WORK.

Christa and I had always maintained our friendship, so when she offered me the opportunity to come back into the insurance world in June of 2019, I leapt at the chance. And so the rest is proverbial history…

 

 

Cicely Rhodin, Service Specialist

Cicely Rhodin grew up in the East Bay with a love of horses, and it was this love that eventually brought her to the world of insurance. Cicely attended the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Equestrian Studies in 2018.

After moving back home, the job search was on. Cicely knew that she wanted to work in the horse industry but desired an office setting. A barn office manager or show secretary came to mind.

Horses and insurance met in January 2020 when she applied for and accepted a job with Langer Equestrian Group Insurance Solutions (LEGIS) in Burbank, CA. There, she utilized her numerous years of horse experience and dove into the new world of insurance. She worked mainly in the Farm & Liability department.

Cicely was with LEGIS for a year, but the ache for the Bay Area grew as that year went on. She decided to move back home again, but this time to Sonoma County. There is so much more for her to learn and she’s ready to take on the challenge!
